How many minutes a day should you exercise?
What types of exercises are best for you?
How can you stick with an exercise plan?
ACSM can help you answer these questions and more with the resources
below. The most important thing to remember, above all: start
exercising, regardless of how many minutes you can do at first.

American Heart Association. Read more about these guidelines and how to
meet them here.
