POSITION STANDS
Position Stands are official statements of the
American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) on topics related to sports
medicine and exercise science. Position Stands are based on solid
research and scientific data and serve as a valued resource for
professional organizations and governmental agencies.

scientific journal, Medicine & Science in Sports &
Exercise® (www.acsm-msse.org). Once in the
