All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only. Hotels have the right to charge a one night’s room and tax deposit on or after May 13, 2024.

Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.

Reservations cancelled after April 30, 2024 will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Events. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival date.

Through May 20, 2024 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at help@orchid.events. After May 20, 2024, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations.
