Professional Member Application  ($230)  
Professional membership is open to anyone who has earned a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree at an accredited institution in a field related to health, physical education or exercise science; or, anyone who has earned at least a bachelor's degree in another area, but is working in a field related to sports medicine or exercise science. Professional-in-Training Member Application (Post-Doc Fellows) ($155)
Professional-in-Training membership is limited ONLY to post-doctoral fellows. Benefits

Medical Student Member Application ($10) (For new members only)
Medical Student membership is open to any student who has been accepted into a medical school and is carrying at least one-half of a full academic load, as defined by the attending institution. This membership includes electronic journal subscriptions. Benefits

Graduate Student Member Application ($10) (For new members only)
Graduate Student membership is open to any student who has earned a bachelor's degree in a field related to exercise science or sports medicine and is carrying at least one-half of a full academic load, as defined by the attending institution. Undergraduate Student Member Application ($10) (For new members only)  
Undergraduate student membership is open to any full-time undergraduate student studying in a field related to exercise science or sports medicine. This membership includes electronic journal subscriptions. Benefits
 
Emeriti Member 
Shall have been a member or Fellow of ACSM for at least ten years prior to applying and shall be at least 65 years of age and fully retired. If you meet these qualifications and would like to apply for emeriti, email membership@acsm.org. Benefits
