In this session you will learn energy metabolism principles and processes, oxygen uptake and consumption principles, and other physiological considerations, which will enhance your understanding of exercise endurance and muscle function. You will also learn basic biochemistry principles and metabolic systems which will enhance your understanding of human performance. You will review metabolic equations related to exercise prescription and go through examples. Webinar is from 7:00pm - 8:30pm Eastern Time / 6:00pm - 7:30pm Central Time Sessions are presented by a combination of webinar and teleconference. Cancellations must be received in writing by Aug 11th in order to receive a refund less a $15 processing fee. The event will offer 1.5 ACSM CECs for those already holding a certification. The CECs are included in the registration price.
