In this session you will learn fitness programming for low-risk clients, including aerobic, resistance, flexibility and functional exercise programming. To better ensure appropriate program design, you will learn health history, risk appraisal and informed consent. Webinar is from 7:00pm - 8:30pm Eastern Time / 6:00pm - 7:30pm Central Time Sessions are live on-line using Voice Over IP. Cancellations must be received in writing by Aug 18 in order to receive a refund less a $15 processing fee. The event will offer 1.5 ACSM CECs for those already holding a certification. The CECs are included in the registration price.
