ACSM's Brown Bag Series in Science: Can You Outrun a Bad Diet?

Feb 16, 2021

Thursday, February 25 | 12 – 1 p.m. EST

ACSM Brown Bag Webinar Outrun a Bad DietWhile both diet and exercise are important for good health, they are not always practiced equally. Many Americans fall well short of U.S. dietary recommendations, with overall low diet quality. Join ACSM Fellow Glenn Gaesser, Ph.D., from Arizona State University, for this month’s Brown Bag webinar as he addresses whether exercise can overcome the adverse health effects of poor nutrition.

ACSM’s monthly Brown Bag Series gives students and professionals a chance to learn more about the diverse science ACSM members conduct. Join us for these informal discussions and hear more about what members study, the research methodology they use and some of the interesting results their research generates. View previous webinars.

Unable to watch the webinar live? Register anyway, and you will receive a link to the recorded version afterward.
