Multiple hotel chains are available in Brookings. Additionally, a limited block of rooms is available at the Comfort Suites University hotel at the conference rate of $80 per night. To reserve a room, please contact the Comfort Suites University at 605-692-2882 and reference the “NACSM Northland American College of Sports Medicine” rate.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Information

For exhibitors and sponsors who wish to have an exhibit booth, the fee is $250 with a registration deadline of October 4. To register or for more information, please contact the Northland ACSM chapter office: northland.chapter.acsm@gmail.com

Session Locations

Registration and all keynote lectures will be held in the Student Union, Volstorff Ballroom (110 on the campus map). Prior to the start of scheduled breakout sessions, with a SDSU representative leading groups to each breakout session from the Volstorff Ballroom. Campus Map

Parking Information

Conference attendees may park in any of the blue or orange lots labeled CC or E on the parking map linked below. The closest lots will be the lots just south of North Campus Drive. If you require closer parking, there is a pay lot just East of the Student Union, $1.50 per hour with a $12 maximum for the day. Parking Map.
