Southwest ACSM Webinar: Can you "Outrun" a Bad Diet?
Thu, Feb 25, 2021 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM PST
While both diet and exercise are important for good health, they are not always practiced equally. Many Americans fall well short of U.S. dietary recommendations, with overall low diet quality. This presentation addresses the question of whether exercise can overcome the adverse health effects of poor nutrition, i.e., is it possible to outrun a bad diet?
