). There will be someone to assist you with your poster location in the Thompson Rooms. ALL POSTERS MUST BE DISPLAYED BY 3:00pm Thursday, Feb 28th. ALL POSTERS SHOULD REMAIN UP UNTIL AFTER LUNCH ON Friday, March 1st.
All first author poster presenters must be registered for the meeting AND wear their name badge as they present their poster. Student Research Award Finalists must be present and ready to present their work by 2:00pm Feb 28th. Award finalists should also be present and in front of their poster during the Open Poster Viewing session 5:30-7:30pm, Febraury 28th.
All poster presenters are encouraged to be in front of their posters at some point during the Student Fair and Social. All poster presenters MUST be in front of their posters during the Open Poster Viewing Session 5:30-7:30pm, Febraury 28th. People’s Choice Award voting will occur during this time.
