Erin Simmons, Ph.D., presents her insights on performance and nutrition related to The Warfighter Human Performance Program at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit.
Dr. Erin Simmons earned her Ph.D. in Nutrition from Texas A&M University, where she performed research on
muscle protein synthesis and sport performance.
Currently, she is a Department of Defense contractor working as a research physiologist to study
human performance and nutrition at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit in Panama City Beach, Florida.
