All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check for a deposit of one night’s room & tax for each room reserved. Rates do not include the current hotel tax of 15.75% (subject to change without notice). Please review your email acknowledgement for specific hotel’s taxes and fees. Forms received without a valid guarantee/deposit will not be processed.
Your hotel reserves the right to charge this card a deposit for one night’s room and tax for each room reservation on or after May 8, 2023. This credit card must be valid through June 2023. If your card declines the deposit, you risk having your reservation canceled by the hotel.
Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservations cancelled after May 4, 2023, will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Events. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date.
