ACSM exercise guidelines, better known as physical activity guidelines, state that all healthy adults aged 18–65 yr should participate in moderate intensity aerobic physical activity for a minimum of 30 min on five days per week, or vigorous intensity aerobic activity for a minimum of 20 min on three days per week. Further, every  adult  should  perform  activities  that  maintain or increase muscular strength and endurance for a minimum of two days per week.

The following three resources help to provide a broader picture of what the guidelines cover. They also happen to be some of our most popular downloads.
