Poster & Presentation Instructions
Please review the guidelines emailed to you for creating your poster and recording your presentation.
The deadline for submitting your recorded presentation is WEDNESDAY APRIL 6th by 11:59 pm.
If you are submitting a poster ONLY, those can be directly emailed to Kelly Phillips and attached to your email.
STUDENTS: YOU are responsible for notifying any other group members that worked on your abstract. First listed authors were only sent this email. Please make sure your faculty advisor has this information as well.
Abstract Submissions:
Acceptable Abstract Types (see below for specific submission directions):
- Scientific Abstract
- Case Study Abstract (not eligible for awards)
- Systematic Review/Meta-Analysis Abstract (not eligible for awards)
Abstracts will be due Friday March 18.
Virtual Presentations (Pre-recorded) will be due Friday April 1 and then will be available Monday April 11 through Monday May 2.
- More information regarding posters and recorded presentations will be sent out AFTER the deadline for abstract submission.
