The Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI) has developed the GSSI University (GSSIU) program to help GSSI scientists deliver their expertise in hydration and nutrition science directly to the classroom. In addition to the existing materials: 30 lecture decks, 9 recorded video lectures and 15 practical application activities, GSSIU is excited to share new offerings, including podcasts, animated explainer videos and virtual laboratories (beta), now available on GSSIWeb for the 2022-2023 academic year.
