ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologists® take training to an advanced level by conducting and interpreting physical fitness assessments and developing exercise prescriptions for people who are healthy or have medically controlled diseases.

Are You Eligible?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology (click here to see the details of the eligible curriculum). Candidates are eligible to take the exam in the last semester of their degree program.
  • Adult CPR/AED Certification (with hands-on practical skills component)
